Deepak Pant

Deepak Pant is a senior scientist at Flemish Institute for Technological Research (VITO) currently working on electrosynthesis and resource recovery, specifically, the design and optimization of (bio)electrochemical cells for CO2 conversion and microbial electrosynthesis. He has a PhD in environmental biotechnology and has 180 peer-reviewed publications (h-Index 71; >15000 citations), 6 books (edited), 6 patents and 40 book chapters to his credit. He is a member of scientific communities like ISMET (elected board member), ISE, BES, BRSI (Fellow), RSC (Fellow), IFIBiop and AMI.
